Terms of service.

1. The service.

Pisces ("we", "us") provides an AI agent that helps you build, debug, and test Roblox experiences. The service includes the web interface at piscesofficial.com, the Pisces Web Connector plugin for Roblox Studio, and the supporting backend.

2. Your account.

• You're responsible for what happens under your account, including any tool calls Pisces makes on your behalf.
• Don't share your API key. Treat it like a password — anyone with it can spend your PU.
• You must be 13+ to use the service.

3. Acceptable use.

Don't use Pisces to:

• Build or distribute malware, exploits, or content that violates Roblox's own Terms of Service.
• Generate or publish content that's illegal, harmful, abusive, or non-consensually sexual.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or load-test the service in ways that affect other users.
• Resell access to other people without permission.

4. Payment and PU.

• Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel. Cancel anytime from the dashboard; you keep PU through the end of the period.
• One-time top-up packs never expire and stack on any plan.
• All payments are final and non-refundable. Subscription charges and top-up PU purchases are not refundable for any reason — once PU are issued to your account they represent AI compute resources reserved for you, and that cost is incurred whether or not you spend them. If you decide a plan isn't for you, cancel from the billing portal so it doesn't renew; you keep the PU you already have through the end of the period. Try the free trial first.
• Prices are listed on the pricing page. We give 30 days' notice before changing them for existing customers.

5. Your content.

You own everything you make with Pisces — the scripts the agent writes, the games you build, the assets you produce. We claim no rights over your output. We do need a limited license to process your prompts and code through the AI providers (so the service works), and to back it up so we can restore it if something blows up.

6. The agent's output.

Pisces is a tool. It writes code, but it's not infallible — review what it produces before shipping to a live game. We don't warrant the agent's output is bug-free, and we're not liable for damages caused by code it generated. Same standard as any compiler, IDE, or AI assistant.

7. Service availability.

We aim for high uptime but don't promise a number. Incidents are posted to the Discord and surfaced inline in the chat. Planned maintenance gets a heads-up in the dashboard 24h ahead when we know in advance.

8. Termination.

• You can delete your account anytime from the dashboard.
• We can suspend or close accounts for violating section 3 (Acceptable Use), failed payment, or fraud. We'll email first when there's room to.

9. Disclaimers.

Service provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement. Our liability for any claim is capped at the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

10. Changes.

We post material changes here with the new effective date and email active users. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.

11. Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes go to small-claims court if eligible, otherwise binding arbitration in your home jurisdiction. You can opt out of arbitration within 30 days of signing up via the dashboard's Message the developer form.

12. Contact.
