Terms of service.

1. The service.

Pisces ("Pisces", "we", "us", "our") provides an AI agent that helps you build, debug, and test Roblox experiences. The service includes the website at piscesofficial.com, the Pisces plugin for Roblox Studio, the chat interface, the APIs, and the supporting backend (together, the "Service"). These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us (the "Terms").

2. Eligibility and your account.

• You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority, you may only use it with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms.
• You are fully responsible for everything that happens under your account, including every action, tool call, build, edit, deletion, and message the agent performs on your behalf.
• Keep your credentials and API key private. Treat the key like a password — anyone who has it can use the Service and consume your balance as you, and you remain responsible for that use.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
• One person or entity per account unless we agree otherwise in writing. Accounts are personal to you and may not be sold or transferred.

3. Acceptable use.

You agree not to, and not to help or permit anyone else to:

• Build, generate, or distribute malware, exploits, cheats, or anything that violates Roblox's own Terms of Service, the rules of any platform, or any law.
• Generate, store, or publish content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, hateful, deceptive, infringing, or sexual content involving minors or non-consenting people.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, probe, benchmark, or attempt to discover the source code, models, prompts, or internal workings of the Service.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with usage limits, rate limits, billing, security, or authentication, or access the Service through unauthorized automated means.
• Use the Service to build a competing product, to train or fine-tune another AI model or dataset, or to resell, sublicense, or provide access to third parties without our written permission.
• Overload, disrupt, or degrade the Service or the experience of other users.
• Misrepresent your identity, your affiliation, or the origin of content you create.

We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement. We decide, in our sole discretion, what constitutes a violation.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and auto-renewal.

• Plans and prompts. Paid plans include an allowance of prompts over rolling usage windows, as described on the pricing page. One message to the agent counts as one prompt. Optional extra-prompt packs are one-time purchases that do not expire and stack on top of any plan.
• Auto-renewal. Paid plans renew automatically. By subscribing, you authorize us and our third-party payment processor to charge your payment method the then-current plan price, plus any applicable taxes, automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel. This authorization continues until you cancel.
• Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Cancellation stops the next charge and takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access and any remaining allowance through that period. We do not provide partial-period refunds for cancellations.
• Failed payments. If a charge fails, we may retry it, suspend your access, downgrade you to the free tier, or expire unused allowance. You remain responsible for amounts owed.
• Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. You agree to contact us first.
• Taxes. Prices may exclude taxes. You are responsible for any sales, use, VAT, or similar taxes, except taxes on our net income.

5. Changes to the service, plans, and pricing.

Pisces is an evolving product, and we reserve the right, at any time and in our sole discretion, to:

• Add, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the Service, any plan, or any feature, in whole or in part.
• Change the underlying AI models, providers, infrastructure, or technology that power the agent. Specific models, capabilities, speeds, or results are not guaranteed and may change without notice.
• Set, change, or remove usage limits, rate limits, allowances, fair-use thresholds, and what is included in each plan.
• Change prices and introduce new fees.

For a change that materially reduces a paid plan you are currently on, or a price increase that applies to you, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email or in the dashboard, and the change takes effect at your next renewal. The free tier and any beta or experimental features may change or end at any time without notice. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect is your acceptance of it; if you do not agree, your remedy is to stop using the Service and cancel before the change applies.

6. Refunds.

All payments are final and non-refundable, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Subscription charges and extra-prompt purchases are not refundable for any reason, including partial billing periods, unused allowance, dissatisfaction, or accidental purchase, because each represents compute and service capacity reserved for you. Try the free tier before you subscribe. If you don't want to be billed again, cancel before your renewal date. Where a refund is required by applicable law, that law controls to the extent it applies to you.

7. Free tier and fair use.

We offer a free tier with a limited, lifetime allowance of prompts. The free tier is provided as a courtesy, "as is", with no commitments, and may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time. We may apply rate limits and fair-use protections to any account, and may suspend or restrict accounts that we reasonably believe are abusing the Service, evading limits, or creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free usage.

8. Your content and the license you give us.

As between you and us, you own the inputs you provide and the output the agent produces for you — the prompts you write, the code the agent generates, and the games and assets you build ("Your Content"). We claim no ownership of Your Content.

To operate the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, transmit, process, display, and create technical derivatives of Your Content, and to share it with the third-party providers that help deliver the Service, in each case only as needed to provide, secure, back up, support, and improve the Service and to comply with law. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license and that Your Content does not violate these Terms or any law or third-party right.

9. AI-generated output.

Pisces is an automated tool, and its output is generated by AI. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, insecure, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any output before relying on it or shipping it to a live game.
• Given the nature of machine learning, the same or similar prompts may generate the same or similar output for other users. Output is not guaranteed to be unique, original, or non-infringing, and we make no warranty that it is.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of any output complies with Roblox's Terms of Service, applicable law, and any third-party rights.
• We are not responsible or liable for any output, or for any decision or action you take based on it. Treat the agent like any other compiler, IDE, or AI assistant: a tool you supervise.

10. Third-party services and platforms.

The Service depends on third parties, including the Roblox platform, payment processors, hosting and infrastructure providers, and third-party AI providers. We do not control those services, and we are not responsible or liable for their availability, performance, changes, acts, omissions, terms, or pricing. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.

Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation. Pisces is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Roblox Corporation. All other names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

11. Feedback.

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose without any obligation or compensation to you.

12. Our intellectual property.

The Service, including its software, models as configured, prompts, design, branding, and content (other than Your Content), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms. We reserve all rights not expressly granted. You receive no rights to our source code, models, or underlying technology.

13. Availability.

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee any level of uptime, availability, capacity, response time, or performance. The Service may be unavailable, delayed, interrupted, rate-limited, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice, including for maintenance, capacity, third-party outages, or any other reason.

14. Disclaimers.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE OR ANY OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY DATA WILL NOT BE LOST OR CORRUPTED. YOU USE THE SERVICE AND ANY OUTPUT AT YOUR OWN RISK. No advice or information, whether oral or written, creates any warranty not expressly stated here. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.

15. Limitation of liability.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL PISCES, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, GAMES, ASSETS, BUSINESS, OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE, ANY OUTPUT, OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY AND EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE, AND REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). These limitations apply to all claims, whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you; in that case our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.

16. Indemnification.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pisces and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and suppliers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: your use of the Service; Your Content; any output you use, publish, or distribute; your violation of these Terms or any law; or your violation of any third-party right.

17. Suspension and termination.

• You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the dashboard.
• We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, including for any violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, failed payment, legal or security reasons, or if we discontinue the Service. Where reasonable, we will try to notify you.
• On termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive — including content licenses you granted, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution — survive termination.
• We may delete account data after termination and are not obligated to retain or return it. Export anything you want to keep beforehand.

18. Dispute resolution and governing law.

• Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator of Pisces resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and excluding the U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
• Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us through the dashboard's Message the developer form and try to resolve it informally for at least 30 days.
• Binding arbitration. Except for small-claims matters and requests for injunctive relief, any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by final and binding individual arbitration, rather than in court.
• Class-action and jury waiver. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and we waive any right to a jury trial and agree that claims may be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative action.
• Opt-out. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by telling us through the Message the developer form.
• Time limit. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arises, or it is permanently barred, to the extent permitted by law.

19. Changes to these terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date, and for material changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify active users. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date is your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

20. General.

• Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent. We may assign them freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
• Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest stays in full force.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages, provider failures, attacks, acts of God, or law changes.
• Export and sanctions. You represent that you are not located in, and will not use the Service from, an embargoed jurisdiction or while on any restricted-party list, and that your use complies with applicable export and sanctions laws.
• Notices. We may give you notice by email, in the dashboard, or by posting on the site. You contact us through the Message the developer form.
• Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
