What's a prompt?
One message you type = one prompt.
That's it. You type a message, hit send — that's one prompt. It doesn't matter how big the job is. "Make a coin" is one prompt. "Build me a fishing game with shops, inventory, and a quest system" is also one prompt. Same charge either way. We're not counting words, time, or anything else. You send a message, we count it once.
1 prompt "fix this typo" 1 prompt "make a sword tool" 1 prompt "build me a tycoon"

Extra prompts.

Frequent questions.

What counts as a prompt?
One message you type to Pisces = one prompt. That's the whole rule. You're not paying per word, per token, per file changed, or per minute. Whether the AI fixes one line or builds you a complete game on that message, it counts as one prompt.
What's the difference between plan caps and extras?
Plan caps are rolling windows — Starter is 40 prompts every 5 hours and 400 every 7 days. Pro is 100/5h and 2,000/7d. Max is 300/5h and 4,500/7d. As soon as a window rolls over, you have your full cap back. Extras are one-time top-ups that never expire and stack on top — used after you hit a window cap.
What's the wallet credit for?
Frontier models — Claude Opus / Sonnet, GPT-5.5 / 5.4, Gemini 3.1 — bill per token from your wallet, not per prompt. Every paid plan ships with bundled wallet credit ($5 / $15 / $35) so you can spin up the heaviest models without a separate top-up. You can refill the wallet anytime from the dashboard.
Why charge per prompt instead of per token?
Because you shouldn't need a calculator to use Pisces. With token billing, a big request can quietly cost 10× what you expected. With per-prompt billing, a message is a message. "Make me a coin pickup" and "build me a fishing game" both cost one prompt. Easy to predict, easy to budget. We absorb the variance.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The default "cancel at period end" flow lets you keep your plan's prompts through the rest of the current billing period, then drop to Free. The Stripe portal also has a "cancel immediately" path — that one ends the plan right away (you lose plan prompts on the spot). Either way, extras and wallet balance carry over forever, and you get 5 fresh lifetime prompts to re-evaluate Pisces before you re-subscribe. No "win-back" emails. Promise.
What happens to extras + wallet when I cancel?
They stay. Extras are paid prompts — they never expire and you can spend them on Free, Starter, Pro, or Max. Wallet balance works the same: a one-time deposit that survives plan changes, cancels, and re-subscribes.
Do you support team / studio accounts?
Soon. Use the dashboard's Message the developer form with your studio size and we'll set you up manually in the meantime.
What if Pisces breaks something in my game?
Every change is its own undo entry — Ctrl+Z restores it. The activity drawer also has a one-click revert that goes through the plugin without consuming a prompt. Both work even after the chat closes.
How do I actually install Pisces in Studio?
One link. Click here to open the Pisces plugin on the Roblox Creator Marketplace, hit Install, then open the Pisces · Web Connector panel from your Studio toolbar and paste the API key from your dashboard. ~60 seconds, two Studio prompts.

Plan picked? Now install the bridge.

Get the plugin, paste the key, ship.

Pisces lives at piscesofficial.com for the chat — but the editing magic comes through a one-click marketplace plugin in Studio. About 60 seconds total.
